Refund and Return

At Amy Windsor, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We understand that shopping online can sometimes be difficult, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we offer a flexible return and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience.


Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and without signs of wear.
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable) must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Custom are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request – Order #Your Order Number”. Include the reason for the return and any relevant images if the item is defective or damaged.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to us without receiving authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of return.

If a prepaid label is provided, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund amount.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the item meets our return conditions, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
  • Shipping fees (if any) paid on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item and would like an exchange, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra charge, subject to availability.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly resolve the issue by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.
